The synopsis and preliminary scene cut of the 2nd episode “SCIENCE JOURNEY”, which will be broadcast on Thursday, January 16, 2025, of the winter anime “Dr.STONE SCIENCE FUTURE” have been released.
“Dr.STONE” is an anime based on the popular manga serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. Set in a world where humanity has been petrified and civilization has perished, the story depicts an unprecedented craft adventure in which Senku Ishigami, an inveterate science boy who awakens from petrification, uses the power of science as his weapon to develop civilization from scratch.
A magnificent drama that explores the mystery of petrification in order to help all humanity, and depicts the “possibility of science” as Senku uses his superhuman brain to create modern civilizations such as mobile phones and drones one after another. The story is popular with a wide range of generations, from children to adults. The original work won 2nd place in the comics category at the “Next Coming Manga Awards 2018” and won the “Shogakukan Manga Award” in the boys category.
The TV anime began broadcasting in July 2019, and has spread over three seasons so far. The fourth season of “Dr.STONE SCIENCE FUTURE” is the final season of the TV anime, and many fans are paying attention to the first season, which begins in January 2025, and the fate of the story.
Episode 2 “SCIENCE JOURNEY” synopsis
In the poker showdown between Senku and Ryusui over the route, Senku wins with a desperate strategy called Urushi. Aim for America by the shortest route that is 10 billion% more annoying.
