“Haikyu!!!” To the peak of “delicious”! Hinata, Tsukishima, Oikawa, Kuroo and others gather at Sushiro♪ Sushi with merchandise is now available

A second collaboration between the anime “Haikyu!!” and conveyor belt sushi restaurant “Sushiro” has been decided. Starting March 5th, 2025, collaboration sushi with merchandise, sweets, takeaway sets, drinks, and more will be sold at Sushiro stores nationwide.

“Haikyu!!” was serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump in February 2012, and is a sports manga masterpiece by Furudate Haruichi, whose passionate youth drama about high school students who are devoted to volleyball has become popular. The eight and a half year series will be completed in July 2020, with the total number of copies published by all 45 volumes of the comic topped 70 million.

The TV anime has been broadcast on Mainichi Broadcasting System and TBS network since 2014, and by December 2020, the fourth season of the series was produced. In February 2024, Haikyuu the Movie: The Decisive Battle at the Garbage Disposal was released, bringing global box office revenues to over 20 billion yen. Starting in April 2024, various events will be held as the anime’s 10th anniversary year.

This second collaboration between this work and Sushiro features characters from various high schools, including Hinata, Kageyama and other students from Karasuno High School. Sushi ingredients, sweets, drinks, and takeaway sets will be on sale.

“Popular TEN Komori (Mini Shari)” comes with a pick for the 10th anniversary design of “Haikyu!!”, and is an assortment of six popular ingredients, including tuna, salmon, and grilled toro salmon. Character picks will be included depending on the first half from the collaboration date and the second half from March 19th. The design consists of eight different types, totaling 16.

Also, “Fly!! Shrimp Avocado Packaging” is wrapped in a combination of popular topics such as shrimp, avocado, and mayo, and comes with picks of mini character illustrations randomly from all 20 types. You can enjoy the meal while being excited to see which character will come when you order sushi.

The lineup also includes delicious sweets in the collaboration menu. “Connect!! Marble Strawberry White Chocolate Mousse Cake” comes with a random sticker of chicks and other strawberries, from all 16 types.

A highly satisfying “Natural Indian Tuna 6-piece tuna” comes with a collaboration-only card with a newly drawn visual. This card designs also differ in the first half (6 types) and the second half (5 types).
There is a 2D code on the back of the card, and if you access it from there you will be able to participate in a lottery where you can win a newly drawn acrylic block with collaboration exclusives.

Also, don’t miss the set that comes with soft drinks such as pop melon soda, Pepsi-cola, and oolong tea and “Haikyu!!” goods. First, starting from March 5th, the collaboration date, the event will be offered with a strode link cup inspired by the jerseys of each high school.

And from the second half of March 19th, it will be available with an eco-bag with a school bag-style design. The designs are all random. Order not only sushi but also drinks.

All of the foods mentioned above are only available at stores, but there are also menus available exclusively for takeout. A take-out set featuring carefully selected lean tuna, grilled toro salmon, salmon, shrimp, squid, engawa, egg, gunkan onion tuna, and a take-out set featuring a circle pouch inspired by each high school. A banner is designed on the back of the pouch.

To commemorate this collaboration, we will be holding a collaboration store where you can experience the world of Haikyu!!, limited to four stores in Tokyo, Osaka, Miyagi, and Okinawa. The Sendai Ichibancho store and Naha Kokusaidori store will begin on March 5th, while the Ikebukuro Station East Exit store and Namba Amza store will begin on March 7th.

The second collaboration between the anime “Haikyu!!” and conveyor belt sushi restaurant “Sushiro” will be held at Sushiro stores nationwide from March 5th to March 30th. Sushiro Official X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram will also be holding a lottery prize for 300 people to win a “collaboration limited sushi plate” over the same period.
