From the winter anime “Behemoth, an S-rank monster, but he is mistaken for a cat and lives as a knight (pet) of an elf girl”, the second episode “Tiger Ear Blacksmith” will be broadcast on Saturday, January 11, 2025. The synopsis and preliminary scene cuts of “A New Skill” have been released.
“Behi Neko”, also known as “Behemoth, an S-rank monster, but he is mistaken for a cat and lives as a knight (pet) for an elf girl” is a comic by Taro Shinonome based on the original work that is very popular in “Let’s Become a Novelist.” A different world adventure fantasy that is currently being serialized in “Young Animal” and has sold over 1.2 million copies in total. The story begins when the main character, a former human knight who lost his life, is reincarnated into the infant form of a calamity-class S-rank monster “Behemoth”, although it looks like a kitten no matter how you look at it.
Aria, a budding D-rank adventurer, meets him and mistakes him for a kitten. He was seriously injured, so they took him home, treated him, and made him a pet, naming him “Tama.” Touched by her kindness, Tama becomes a knight to protect Aria, and uses her S-rank powers to adventure through the labyrinth with Aria.
Episode 2 “Tiger Ear Blacksmith and New Skills” Synopsis
Aria and Tama visit the armor shop of Vulcan, a familiar blacksmith, to make armor for Tama. Then, Vulcan announces that he will join the temporary party because Aria is having trouble handling a sword properly!
Vulcan is a master of “derivative skills” and has proven ability as an adventurer. What she proposes to Aria is to defeat the undulating tentacle monster!?
The second episode of “Behemoth, an S-rank monster, but he is mistaken for a cat and lives as a knight (pet) for an elf girl”, “The Tiger-Eared Blacksmith and a New Skill”, will be released on Saturday, January 11th. Broadcast begins on TOKYO MX and other channels.
