From “Sumikko Gurashi” comes the “Sumikko Gurashi Stamp” that can be customized by combining 10 types of Sumikko Gurashi designs and 7 types of check wording. It is now on sale at the online shop of the Internet stamp shop “Inkan Stamp SHOP Hankozu.”
“Sumikko Gurashi” developed by San-X is a San-X character whose theme is “When I’m in a corner, I feel calm for some reason.” The slightly negative but unique characters and worldview have captivated people of all ages, from children to adults, and the series will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2022.
In 2019, the first theatrical animation “Sumikko Gurashi Movie: Pop-up Picture Book and the Secret Child” was released. The second movie “Sumikko Gurashi: The Magical Girl of the Blue Moonlit Night” will be released in 2021, followed by the third movie “Sumikko Gurashi: The Mysterious Girl of the Tsugihagi Factory” in 2023.
