“The One Who Will Be Inherited” is a product developed in sympathy with Araki Hirohiko’s attitude of continuing to weave stories through the medium of manga. As I was exposed to the story, I felt that one of the important themes was “to inherit.” What is passed down through the story is “blood” and “will,” and I tried to express these things in beer.
Hops, the raw material for beer, are crops that have been spun by hand for over a thousand years. Among these hops are varieties with genetic connections and varieties that have been bred as successors with will. The two sets of hops used this time are each bred by inheriting genes or intentions. These ‘hop family’s ‘hop family’ have a refreshing aroma and a classic taste that shines golden in color, and we hope you will feel that Araki Hirohiko’s works and beer making are stories that have been woven in a continuous manner by human hands. I think.
