A new collection for adults from the TV anime “Cardcaptor Sakura” series is now available. Pre-orders for miscellaneous items such as “mirrors,” “hair bands,” and “purse” will begin on November 19, 2024.
“Cardcaptor Sakura” is a manga serialized by the creative group CLAMP in the monthly girls’ manga magazine “Nakayoshi” from June 1996 to August 2000. The film depicts the exploits of Sakura, also known as Sakura Kinomoto, who struggles as a “Cardcaptor” to collect “Clow Cards,” which are said to bring disaster to this world. It was made into an anime by NHK from 1998 to 2000 and became popular.
In 2016, which marked the 20th anniversary of the series, a new chapter, “Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card Edition,” began serialization, and it will be completed in 2023 after seven and a half years of serialization. 2023 will mark the 25th anniversary of the anime broadcast, and it has been announced that a sequel to the “Clear Card Edition” anime will be produced.
This time, special items incorporating costumes and motifs from “Clow Card Edition,” “Sakura Card Edition,” and “Clear Card Edition” are newly introduced. Shobido, which plans and sells cosmetic miscellaneous goods, is handling the product, and pre-orders will be sold on the e-commerce site “Shobido ONLINE STORE.”
The “mirror” that you want to attach to your bag comes in four different designs: a two-way pager pattern, a magic circle pattern, a Sakura-chan and Kero-chan pattern, and a Sakura-chan and Suppy pattern.
A luxurious feather-shaped charm is included with the original cherry blossom-shaped or feather-shaped canabila. It can be easily attached to a bag or pouch.
The “hair band and arm band”, which you can use when washing your face, applying makeup, or after taking a bath, are made of soft, fluffy fabric with a voluminous feel. It feels nice to the touch and has a cute design with a uniform feel. There are four types: Clow Card, Sakura Card, Clear Card, and Black Cat Style Costume. The Clow Card has a cute Kero-chan stuffed animal attached to its armband. The key point of the black cat-style costume is that the headband has cat ears.
There are four types of “charms” that incorporate symbolic items from “Cardcaptor Sakura”: Seal Staff, Star Staff, Rocket Beat, and CLEAR.
The detailed costume charm made of acrylic material expands the world view, and the marble pattern of the card charm gives a sophisticated impression.
