From “Uta no Prince-sama♪” comes a new costume “PRINCE CAT Poncho” for the stuffed animal “Nui Star” that you can enjoy dressing up. Currently, “Nui Star Costume Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ PRINCE CAT Poncho” is available for pre-order on Broccoli Online until December 9, 2024.
“Uta☆Prince”, also known as “Uta no☆Prince-sama♪”, has been a content aimed at women since its first game was released in 2010, and has expanded its media mix to include CDs and anime. The story revolves around unique characters centered around boys who aspire to become idols, and is accompanied by charming music created by Elements Garden.
The “Uta no Prince-sama Maji LOVE” series, which is based on this story, is a TV anime that aired for four seasons from 2011 to 2016. Related CDs have sold over 5 million copies, and a theatrical version has been released since 2019. The previous work, “Uta no Prince-sama the Movie: Maji LOVE Starish Tours,” was a huge hit with 1.5 million viewers and box office revenue of over 2.4 billion yen.
On May 9, 2025, the latest movie “Uta no Prince-sama the Movie TABOO NIGHT XXXX” will be released.
The newly released “PRINCE CAT Poncho” is a special costume for “Nui Star”, a stuffed toy modeled after idols that you can enjoy dressing up.
The model is the 2024 April Fool’s Day project “Shining Comet,” which was named after the idols who dressed up as “PRINCE CAT.”
There are 11 types in the lineup. ST☆RISH such as Otoya Ittoki’s “Rosso”, Tokiya Ichinose’s “Iris”, Sho Kurusu’s “Rosie”, etc., QUARTET such as Reiji Kotobuki’s “Verde”, Ai Mikaze’s “Lila”, etc. The costumes of NIGHT (Quartet Night) idols are available.
