In this article, we will look at the history of Jump Comics through a total of three works: “My Hero Academia”, which reached its final episode in August, “Jujutsu Kaisen”, which concluded in September, and “[Oshinoko]”, which concluded in November. This work began in “Weekly Shonen Jump” issue 32, 2014 (released on July 7, 2014), and ended its 10-year series in the magazine’s 2024 36/37 combined special issue (released on August 5). The cumulative worldwide circulation of the series exceeded 100 million copies in April 2024.
The media mix, including the TV anime series, movie version, game adaptation, and stage adaptation, is also a hot topic. In 2025, he plans to release a fan book and his first art book, as well as hold a new original art exhibition.

In response to the conclusion of the TV anime “Heroaka”, the official X (formerly Twitter) posted a hashtag “#Thank you Kohei Horikoshi” to thank the original author, Kohei Horikoshi. The same tag was trending throughout the day, along with the word “best final episode.”
Furthermore, the voice actors who appeared in the anime also commented with their own Xs expressing their gratitude and congratulations. Daiki Yamashita, who plays the main character Izuku Midoriya, Nobuhiko Okamoto, who plays Katsuki Bakugo, and Yuki Kaji, who plays Shoto Todoroki, all wrote words of love and gratitude for the work.

The 42nd and final volume of the manga “Heroaka” is on sale from December 4th. The content is 38 pages of newly drawn manga that covers the story up to the final episode and beyond.
The cover, which has a composition inspired by the first volume that shows the growth of Deku and the members of Class 1A of Yuuei High School, also became a hot topic with comments such as “The cover of the final volume is too good” and “Emo. Too emotional.”
In addition, the TV anime, which has been broadcast until the seventh season, has decided to broadcast the 8th and final chapter, “FINAL SEASON”, in the fall of 2025. Furthermore, it has been announced that the official spin-off work “Vigilante -My Hero Academia ILLEGALS-” will be made into a TV anime and broadcast from April 2025. “Vigilante” is written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Arato Betten, and was serialized on the manga app “Shonen Jump+” from 2017 to 2022, and is a regular part of “Heroaka”, which has released up to 15 volumes of comics. “Jujutsu Kaisen” is a dark fantasy manga serialized in “Weekly Shonen Jump” by Gege Akutami.
One day, the main character, Yu Kojo, decides to inhabit his own soul in order to save a schoolmate who has been attacked by a curse. Acrimony, regret, shame…the sinister power born from negative human emotions can even lead to death. The world of battles surrounding curses has been depicted.
This work will conclude with the 44th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump in 2024, which will be released on September 30th, and the total number of comics has exceeded 100 million copies.

The manga “Jujutsu Kaisen”, which is still attracting attention, will conclude on September 30th, six and a half years after its serialization.
Starting on September 24th, one week before the end of the game, a countdown will be held on Official X to post images of “X days left”.
