Following Cure Idol, Cure Wink has also become a hot topic in the public, and Hibiki Kite is also attracting attention. We’ll look forward to seeing how he will continue to be involved in the story, not just in episode 4, where he will finally appear.

The TV anime “Kimi to Idol PreCure♪” is currently airing on ABC TV and TV Asahi networks every Sunday morning from 8:30am. The fourth episode, which will feature Hibiki Kaito, played by Sakuma Daisuke, will air on February 23rd.

–Please tell us your honest feelings when you were selected to appear in “Kimi and Idol PreCure♪.”
I was really happy as expected. I believe that PreCure is an incredible work that has already been established as a culture among Japanese anime, so I am extremely honored to be involved in that.
When I told the members of Snow Man about their joy, they also said, “What! PreCure!?” and were incredibly pleased, thinking, “What! PreCure!?”
Everyone said, “I’m rooting for you,” and “I’m really looking forward to the broadcast,” which made me feel like I’ve been pushed even more.

–Please let us know what you think of the character Hibiki Kaito, played by Sakuma.
What I felt was that Kite is a person who is very sincere in dealing with “idols.”
The small phrases and tone of speech are not light, but rather the desire to deliver what I am thinking and what I feel now with a gentle and honest attitude. He’s just a kind girl. I really love Kite’s way of life.

–Did you feel any similarities after playing the role?
I guess it’s how you deal with something when you create or achieve it. Kite is the kind of person who takes the initiative to help someone when there is someone in need.
I also like to create something together with staff, so when a staff member moves a desk or chair, if you think, “I think it would be faster to help out yourself,” then you’ll be the first to do it yourself. I want to do it.
He was raised as an idol, saying, “Be able to do it on his own without any trouble from others,” so I thought that was something that I could relate to with Kite.

–Please tell us your impressions and thoughts about the PreCure series.
I’m from the Futari wa PreCure generation, so I’ve been watching this series since it first aired. From there, each series has been created with various themes, and the range of PreCure has expanded dramatically.
In “You and Idol PreCure♪”, the theme is an idol that was surprisingly unlikely to happen, and PreCure and Idols are both close but far away.
I think idols are familiar to everyone, but with everyone’s aspirations, PreCure and the idols that are close to each other, it’s not only that they want to become PreCure, but also becoming idols like PreCure. I think there will be more and more children who want to become one.
I hope that you will see KimiPri, which is packed with various dreams and sparkling runners, and pursue not only idols but also various dreams.

–Isn’t it fate that Sakuma-san was called out in this work, with the theme of “idols”?
It’s nice, isn’t it? I’m glad I was an idol, and there are some aspects I can really relate to from the work that say things like, “You know this,” and “I feel like this,” so I think I can make use of my own experiences. .
I hope we can liven up “KimiPri” with Kite.

–Please give us a message to viewers!
Through this work, I think that even in my daily life, I will be able to feel more and more like, “Let’s do our best,” and “I want to support someone.”
I think it would be a great thing if we could cherish that feeling and let our daily lives shine through.
Be sure to watch “You and Idol PreCure♪” which will give you a daily feeding! thank you!
