To commemorate the TV anime series “Children of the Shiunji Family” and “Rent-a-Girlfriend” based on Miyajima Reiji will be broadcast for two consecutive seasons in the spring and summer of 2025, a collaboration illustration featuring 10 heroines from both works appearing like goddesses has been released.
“The Children of the Shiunji Family” is a “forbidden x pure love” romantic comedy about a family with a connection to fate, based on a manga by Miyajima Reiji, currently being serialized in Hakusensha’s Young Animal. The broadcast will finally begin on April 8th.
Meanwhile, the fourth season of the TV anime “Rent-A Girlfriend” will begin airing in two separate seasons from July 2025. This is a romantic comedy based on a manga by Miyajima Reiji, currently serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine.
This film depicts the life of Kinoshita Kazuya, a no-go university student, who introduces Mizuhara Chizuru, a pure and lovely “rental” girlfriend (Renkano), to both her family and friends, as a “real” girlfriend.
To commemorate the start of the TV anime based on Miyajima Reiji’s original work, two consecutive seasons, a collaboration illustration featuring a large gathering of 10 heroines from both works has been released.
The collaboration illustrations of five heroines from “Children of the Shiunji Family” (Shiunji Mari, Shiunji Kiyoha, Shiunji Uwaka, Shiunji Minami, Shiunji Kotono) and five heroines from “Rent-a-Girlfriend” (Mizuhara Chizuru, Nanami Asami, Sarashina Ruka, Sakurazawa Sumi, Yaemori Minni) in a beautiful, shiny collaboration like Venus is a must-see for fans.
We would like to pay attention to both Miyajima Reiji’s works, which will color the 2025 TV anime.
Furthermore, to commemorate the consecutive broadcast of the two works, it has been decided that a free distribution of limited edition collaboration postcards using this illustration will be held at AKIHABARA Gamers Main Store on April 19th.
The TV anime “The Children of the Shiunji Family” will begin airing on 22 stations nationwide, including AT-X, TOKYO MX, Kansai TV, BS11, and more on April 8th. Simultaneous and fastest streaming on terrestrial television at ABEMA/d Anime Store.
