To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the novel publishing of “Moomin”, design items that use special logo from the mail order site “Bell Maison” have appeared. “Book -type hook watch with case” is on sale since January 31, 2025.
“Moomin” is a character that features a round and white body created by Finnish Tobe Jansson. In addition to the Moomin family, it is loved all over the world as a fantasy work by mysterious characters such as traveler Snafkin, Chibi’s Mii (Little Mill), and nyolonyoro in socks. 2025 is the 80th anniversary of publishing, the first novel of Moomin.
In Japan, the TV anime “Moomin” was broadcast in 1969, and the new TV series was announced in 1990. In 2019, the theme park “Moomin Valley Park” opened in Hanno City, Saitama Prefecture, where you can enjoy the world view of the work. In the same year, the new CG animation “Moomin Valley Nakauchi”, which was coexisted by Finland and the United Kingdom, was broadcast in Japan.
2025 will be the 80th anniversary of Moomin’s first novel, “Large Trolls and Big Flood”. “Book -type hookwatch with book -type case”, “Switch design vinyl umbrella”, “Lightweight slip -on” have appeared. Both are items that can be used everyday, and the charm of Moomin, which has long been loved by a wide range of generations, is more familiar.

Uses soft and good artificial leather around the feet. It is easy to walk and is perfect for spring out. Colors are available in all four colors: camel, white, olive gray (80th anniversary design), and dark brown. The size is 5 sizes (22.5cm, 23cm, 23.5cm, 24cm, 24.5cm).
In addition, Bell Maison will publish a new catalog “Colase Moomin Collection”. It is 20 pages with Moomin goods including new items. At the beginning of the book, it features “Moomin Shop Yokohama” (Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture), making it a composition that can be enjoyed as a reading material. Distributed sequentially from January 31 at Moomin Shop, 5 stores nationwide.
From February 1st, “Moomin Shop Yokohama” will sell some of the catalog items for a limited time. It is a Bell Maison product that can only be purchased by mail order, but it is an opportunity to actually touch it.
