“Blue Rock” Set 5 yen coins with ego wishes for Chigiri, Nagi, Rin and others!? Introducing a “friendship holder” made of the same material as soccer balls

Introducing the “Goen Holder,” a collaboration item between the TV anime “Blue Rock,” Bandai, and Nadaya, which plans, manufactures, and sells leather products. Pre-orders are currently being accepted at Premium Bandai for items made of the same material as soccer balls and featuring the images of Kiyoshiichi, Haraku Kai, Chigiri Hyouma, Nagi Seishiro, and Itoshi Rin.

The original work of “Blue Rock” is a soccer manga that won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the boys category. The story is written by Muneyuki Kinjo, the illustrations are by Yusuke Nomura, and it is being serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine.
The “Blue Rock (Blue Prison)” project was launched by the Japan Football Union to develop strikers who can lead Japan to the World Cup championship. All of the 300 high school students gathered there were in charge of forwards. The story depicts them trying to survive in order to become the world’s best striker.

The TV anime will be broadcast in two consecutive seasons from October 2022, and “Blue Rock the Movie -EPIOSODE Nagi-” was also released in April 2024. The second season of the TV anime is being broadcast from October 5th with a total of 14 episodes.

This is a triple collaboration between this work, Bandai, and Nadaya, a long-established company that has been planning, manufacturing, and selling leather products and bags since its founding in 1960. A new “goen holder” made from the same material used for soccer balls has been released.

The lineup consists of Kiyoshiichi, Hiraku Kai, Chigiri Hyouma, Nagi Seishiro, and Itoshi Rin. The color design expresses each character’s world view, and the number is also listed.

As the name suggests, you can place an actual 5 yen coin in the inner pocket. It looks like a good luck charm, so you’ll definitely want to insert a 5 yen coin to make your selfish wishes.

The collaboration item “Goen Holder” from the TV anime “Blue Rock” is now available for pre-order at the online shopping sites Premium Bandai and Nadaya official online shop. The price is 1,650 yen (tax included) each, and delivery is scheduled for January 2025.
