“The Apothecary’s Monologue” is a Harem mystery-solving entertainment based on a novel that has sold over 40 million copies in total by Hinata Natsu, published by Hero Bunko and has also been adapted into comics for Big Gangan and Sunday GX. Set in the medieval East, the story depicts Nekoneko, a girl who plays the role of “Dogbi,” solving various difficult cases that occur at the Imperial Court one after another.
The second season, which began airing in January 2025, attracts attention as it is always ranked high on various streaming platforms. The first exhibition, the TV anime “The Apothecary’s Monologue” Exhibition, is currently on tour around the country, and a collaboration will also be held at Universal Studios Japan (USJ) this summer. The second season of the series began airing in April, and is getting even more exciting.
