Anime industry job fair “Waku Work 2026” will be held on March 25, 2025! First exhibitor company & ticket information announced

It has been announced that Waku Work’s anime industry job fair “Waku Work 2026” will be held on March 25, 2025 at PiO Exhibition Hall in Ota Ward Industrial Plaza, Tokyo. Along with this, the first list of exhibitors was announced, and ticket information was also revealed.

Waku Work started its business in May 2016, and has been holding lectures for students on the theme of “working in the anime industry” by people currently in the industry. The anime industry-specific job fair started with “Waku Work 2018” in April 2017, and a similar event has been held every March since then.

Even during the coronavirus pandemic, we have continued to hold real events in 2020, 2021, and 2022, and this time, “Waku Work 2026” marks the 9th time we have held the event.

The concept of “Waku Work 2026” is “It’s okay even if you can’t draw.” Not only anime studios, but also production companies, goods manufacturers, and many other companies will be exhibiting, with the aim of matching companies and students.

The first batch of exhibitors include Arch, Actus, Asahi Productions, Asura Film, Atomic Monkey, arma bianca, Eid (I am Anime), Inaho, A-1 Pictures, GATOON, Kinema Citrus, Graphinica, CloverWorks, and Content Seed. , studio MOTHER, Tsumugi Akita Anime Lab, Drive, Trigger, Fan Works, Felix Film, Ufotable, and more. More exhibitors will be added at a later date.

This event will be completely participatory, with attendees visiting company booths individually throughout the day. To adjust the number of people in the venue, only priority ticket purchasers can participate from 10:00 to 13:00, all participants can participate from 13:00 to 15:00, and 15:00 to 18:00. The time is divided into a portfolio interview for creative positions.

Target participants are all young people who are interested in working in the anime industry in the future, including students who are expected to graduate in March 2026 and March 2025, and new graduates. Tickets are 1,000 yen for priority participation, and free for general admission. You can participate by making a reservation in advance through Peatix. Clothes on the day are optional, but casual clothes are recommended.
