Even though large production companies only take on multiple “good jobs” and have them all to themselves, they give me the director and others. Nowadays, it has been a long time since there has been a rumor that there is a shortage of labor in the entire industry, so do you still think that anime is to produce more than half of it outside (outsource)?

So, how do we solve the shortage of talent for animation staff, not just for the artistic supervisor?
