The synopsis and preliminary scene cut of the 7th episode of the fall anime “The Next Life Is Better”, which will be broadcast on Monday, November 18, 2024, “If you are indifferent, it’s better to be hated, Part 2” have been released.
“I’d rather be a stranger in the next life” is a gangster love comedy written by Asuto Konishi and currently being serialized in Kodansha’s “Afternoon.”
A thrilling and crazy love-hate story that revolves around Yoshino Somei, the grandson of the leader of the Somei-gumi, a direct descendant of Kansai’s largest organized crime group, Kirigaya-gumi, and Kirishima Miyama, the grandson of the leader of the Miyama family, a direct descendant of Kanto’s largest organized crime group, Togusa-kai. It’s “yakuza entertainment” that is all about “yakuza”. It has gained overwhelming support, especially among female readers.

From the bus window, Nao spots Kirishima and Yoshino walking together. Yoshino, who had been with Kirishima just a moment ago, called out to Nao as she got off the bus to follow them.
Yoshino and Nao’s topic turns to Kirishima, a person they both know in common. Nao starts talking about Kirishima’s past, which Yoshino didn’t know yet.
Nao’s ex-boyfriend, Ozu, finds out about her past actions and relationship with Kirishima, and has a weakness that will affect her future life.
So, what is the request that Ozu makes to Nao…?
