From the TV anime “Blue Rock”, “Glasses Market” will be releasing collaboration glasses that incorporate the personalities of the Egoists into the frame design. Sales will begin at limited stores from November 9th, and a lottery sale will be held at the Optical Market Online Shop from November 20th.
The original work of “Blue Rock” is a soccer manga that won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the boys category. The story is written by Muneyuki Kinjo, the illustrations are by Yusuke Nomura, and it is being serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine.
The “Blue Rock” project was launched by the Japan Football Union to develop strikers who can lead Japan to the World Cup championship. All of the 300 high school students gathered there were in charge of forwards. The story depicts them trying to survive in order to become the world’s best striker.
The TV anime will be broadcast in two consecutive seasons from October 2022, and “Blue Rock the Movie -EPIOSODE Nagi-” was also released in April 2024. The second season of the TV anime is being broadcast from October 5th with a total of 14 episodes.

■“Kiyoichi” model
Sharp and angular Wellington type, inspired by a high soccer IQ. The demi-blue color scheme of the front and vines is inspired by Blue Rock’s “blue” and his aura when he wakes up. In addition to being the main character, he also expresses the side of an egoist who never forgets to make his own claims.
The front bridge is engraved with the number of goals achieved until the second round of selection, representing Kiyoshi’s growth since entering the dormitory. The front and temple joints are made of “lime green” colored metal parts, and the impressive “puzzle piece” metal parts from the series are embedded inside the temple.
■“Hachiraku Kai” model
Boston type that incorporates a crown pant shape. The tricky dribbling line that Hiraku is good at is expressed with a line that connects the front and bridge parts. The front uses a two-tone color of brown and yellow that represents the color of the hair.
Metal parts in the character color “yellow” are used at the joint between the front and the temples, black fabric is used on the temples to express the aura of “kaibutsu”, and metal parts with a “kaibutsu” motif are embedded inside the right temple. There is.
■“Rensuke Kunigami” model
The Wellington type expresses a solid personality and sharp appearance. The front corner of each eye has an edgy, three-dimensional design reminiscent of muscles. The shape of the vine is inspired by the leg muscles used for mid-range shots from the left foot.
The front and vine fabric represent Kunigami’s hair color, and the orange-brown finish makes it easy to blend in with his face. Metal parts in the character color “orange” are also used at the seams. The model is thick and sturdy, like a strong trunk.
■“Shredded Leopard Horse” model
A square type with a sense of speed, inspired by “swift feet”. The front hair color is a gradation color for a less flashy finish. The metal part of the crane is pink gold with shirring that gives it a running feel, and the inside of the crane is engraved with a chain on the right and a hair braid on the left.
The character color “Vivid Pink” is used as the color of the crane to express the pattern of a red panther. The shape of the vines is reminiscent of leg muscles.
■“Marou Teruhei” model
A square type that suits your stoic personality and long, slit eyes. The front bridge and vines are made of gunmetal material to represent the hair color, and the character color “red” is poured into the rim using cloisonné.
The outside of the left vine is engraved with the image of shorn hair, and the fabric pattern of the vine has lines reminiscent of the aura of awakening and the red lightning bolt of lightning dribble. The tips of the ear hooks are shaped to resemble shoes.
■“Seishiro Nagi” model
Wellington type with a rounded shape that expresses a gentle personality. The front features the character color “black” and the hair color in a two-tone color of black and clear. A metal part with the motif of Nagi’s technique “Two-stage air cannon direct kick (fake volley)” is embedded in the front right corner of the eye.
The outside of the vine features the Hakuho High School uniform’s houndstooth pattern. The tips of the ear hooks are made of clear gray and black fabric with a design reminiscent of a “total absorption trap.”
■“Reio Mikage” model
The design is inspired by a “heir” and has a luxurious feel. Based on the crown pant shape associated with “King”, it is combined with an under rim that gives an intelligent atmosphere. The metal parts are unified with gold, and the shirring makes it easy to hang and creates an elegant atmosphere.
Like Nagi, the houndstooth pattern of the Hakuho High School uniform is placed on the outside of the crane. The ear hooks are made of the character color “purple” and black fabric, expressing his feelings at the time of the second selection.
■“Rin Itoshi” model
Wellington type with many horns, reflecting the image of a cool and egoistic personality. Character color “emerald green” has been adopted for the front and ear hooks. The front right corner of the eye is filled with metal parts that represent the scene from when he first appeared (a miraculous feat in which he kicks two balls at the same time and hits each other on different trajectories in the air).
The metal part of the crane is inspired by Blue Rock’s bodysuit, and the inside of each side is engraved with his signature five lower eyelash motifs. The tips of the ear hooks represent the color of the eyes.
■”Sae Itoshi” model
Boss Linton type that gives an image of languid eyes. The front fabric expresses the characteristic hair color with a gradation color. The metal part of the crane has a wristwatch design on the left side and a bracelet design on the right side to represent the scene in which it first appears.
Similar to her younger brother Rin’s model, the motif of six lower eyelashes is engraved on both sides of the temple, and the tip of the ear hook is covered with fabric in the character color “azuki”.
“Megane Ichiba x Blue Rock Collaboration Glasses” will be available at Omeka Ichiba limited stores and Omeka Ichiba Online Shop, and will be released on November 9th.
