“Black Butler – The Green Witch Edition” will start airing on April 5th! Visuals and PV of Sebastian & Ciel and the “werewolf” are released♪ Advance screenings also available

It has been announced that the TV anime “Black Butler – Green Witch Edition” will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels from April 5th, 2025. Along with this, the key visual and teaser PV have been released. It has also been decided that an advance screening will be held in which the cast including Ono Daisuke and others will take the stage.
The original work of the anime “Black Butler” is a manga by Toboso Yana, whose beautiful, meticulous worldview and diverse characters have sold over 36 million copies worldwide, and continues to captivate fans around the world.
The new film, “Black Butler – The Green Witch Edition,” will be directed by Okada Kenjiro, who incorporates a delicate worldview into the film in “March Comes in Like a Lion,” and Yoshino Hiroyuki, who wrote the script from the first film in “Black Butler.” The character designs are Shimizu Yumi, the general animation director for “Horimiya,” the music is Kawasaki Ryu, the creator of “Fate/Grand Order – Absolute Demon Front Babylonia,” and the production company is CloverWorks, who works on “SPY x FAMILY,” and the footage is painted by talented staff.
The story takes place in 19th century England. Sebastian Michaelis, the butler of the prestigious Phantomhive family, along with his 13-year-old master Ciel Phantomhive, was the “queen’s guard dog” and was responsible for the dirty work of the underworld. Meanwhile, Sebastian and Ciel go to investigate an inexplicable death incident that occurs in Germany at the queen’s order. The two explore the truth about the Werewolf Forest, which is said to be cursed and killed just by stepping in, but a horrifying curse falls.
With the launch date decided, the key visual depicting Sebastian and Ciel, as well as new characters Sullivan and Wolfram, has been revealed. A teaser PV has also been released, allowing you to experience the movements of the four of them and the atmosphere of this film, mainly a werewolf.
An advance screening will also be held, where you can watch the anime as soon as possible. Ono Daisuke, who plays Sebastian, Kugimiya Rie, who plays Sullivan, and Kobayashi Chikahiro, who plays Wolfram, will take the stage, and it will be held at United Cinema Aqua City Odaiba on March 23rd.
Tickets will be open for advance lottery sales at Ticket Pia until March 16th, and general sales will begin at 10am on March 18th.
The TV anime “Black Butler – The Green Witch Edition” will be broadcast every Saturday at 11:30pm on TOKYO MX, BS11, Gunma TV, and Tochigi TV from April 5th, 2025.
