Many collaboration items between Sanrio Characters’ Hello Kitty and Moncic are now available. “Let’s go Moncic TOWN,” which sells these, will be held at Takashimaya Osaka store from February 26th, 2025.

Hello Kitty celebrates its 50th anniversary, and today it offers merchandise in over 130 countries and regions. He is a character who has cherished his relationships with each and every person in order to say “Hello” to friends around the world he meets and convey the message “Everyone is friendly.”

And Monchitch, a collaboration with Hello Kitty, is a stuffed animal released by Sekiguchi in 1974, which also marks its 50th anniversary. The following year, it was released overseas, and Moncic became popular all over the world. It is characterized by a pacifier pose and freckles, and its innovative and cute appearance, with a stuffed animal body and soft vinyl, and its face and arms and legs made of soft vinyl, sparking an explosive boom with the release.

“Let’s go Moncic TOWN” to be held at Takashimaya Osaka store is a collaboration item featuring characters that are loved all over the world and are celebrating their 50th anniversary. As is typical of Monchich, there are many stuffed animals in the lineup.

Moncic wears Hello Kitty’s flirtation, and Hello Kitty wears Moncic’s fur. They also feature Moncic wearing a Hello Kitty-style hat and Hello Kitty stuffed animal with a Moncic look all over his body.

The familiar Hello Kitty poses that you can sit sideways are available in two types: stuffed animals and keychains.

The lineup also includes “Animaru Babycic” with adorable young expressions, as well as Moncic’s keychain, with her entire body turned black and white.

“Let’s go Moncic TOWN” will be held on the 7th floor of Takashimaya Osaka store for a 14-day period from February 26th to March 11th.
