“Behi Neko”, also known as “Behemoth, an S-rank monster, but he is mistaken for a cat and lives as a knight (pet) for an elf girl” is a comic by Taro Shinonome based on the original work that is very popular in “Let’s Become a Novelist.” A different world adventure fantasy that is currently being serialized in Young Animal and has sold over 1.2 million copies in total. The story begins when the main character, a former human knight who lost his life, is reincarnated into the infant form of a calamity-class S-rank monster “Behemoth”, although it looks like a kitten no matter how you look at it.
Aria, a budding D-rank adventurer, meets him and mistakes him for a kitten. He was seriously injured, so they took him home, treated him, and made him a pet, naming him “Tama.” Touched by her kindness, Tama becomes a knight to protect Aria, and uses her S-rank powers to adventure through the labyrinth with Aria.
