A special exhibition themed on the anime “Funeral Freelen” titled “Anime Funeral Freelen Exhibition – A story that begins at the end of the adventure” will be held at Dejima Messe Nagasaki in Nagasaki from December 21, 2024 to January 13, 2025. “Funeral Free Ren” is a manga by Yamada Kaneto (author) and Abe Tsukasa (illustrator) that is being serialized in “Weekly Shonen Sunday”. Set in a world “after” the Demon King was defeated by the Hero and his party, the story depicts the journey of Freelen, a wizard who has lived for more than a thousand years, who defeated the Demon King with the Hero, and the new people she meets. The TV anime based on this story was broadcast from September 29, 2023 to March 22, 2024.
