“The Quintessential Quintuplets” is a romantic comedy based on the manga by Negi Haruba, which was serialized in “Weekly Shonen Magazine” until February 2020, with cumulative circulation exceeding 20 million copies. The main character, Fuutarou Uesugi, who lives in poverty, becomes a tutor for quintuplets of unique and beautiful girls who are on the verge of failing school, and depicts his struggle to guide them to graduation safely.

The TV anime has been developed into a series, with the second season and TV special being broadcast on TBS and other channels, and a theatrical anime to be released in May 2022.
